My new place for cheesecake and the cookie butter flavor is my favorite! This basque cheesecake is smooth and also very rich with the cookie butter sauce and cookie topping. Best to eat when chilled. If you like cookie butter you’ll love this.
I am not a cheesecake lover, in the slightest and only reluctantly tried a bite of the pistachio bloom slice after my wife ordered it. I cannot put into words how delicious that bite was! I have tried every flavor since then and can’t get enough. Each flavor is a hit. To top things off, the kindness and customer service is unmatched. I was late picking up my order one week due to a childcare issue and the owner stayed open late with an additional free slice. All in all, I am a customer for life.
This cheesecake is so good!! Perfectly soft in the middle and not too sweet. We thought every flavor was amazing, but the biscoff cookie cheesecake was beyond good and possibly the best cheesecake I've ever had in my life. 10/10
