I am not a cheesecake lover, in the slightest and only reluctantly tried a bite of the pistachio bloom slice after my wife ordered it. I cannot put into words how delicious that bite was! I have tried every flavor since then and can’t get enough. Each flavor is a hit. To top things off, the kindness and customer service is unmatched. I was late picking up my order one week due to a childcare issue and the owner stayed open late with an additional free slice. All in all, I am a customer for life.
