Pick-up Policy

1. Where is Pick-up?

The pick-up location will vary based on our market or pop-up events. For special product drops, we’ll notify you of the specific location, date, and time. If you place an online order, pick-up will be directly from our kitchen. You’ll receive the address and pick-up details via email with your order confirmation.

2. What if I Can’t Make the Designated Pick-up Time?

If you can’t make it at the scheduled time, no worries—just message us at 612.703.5933 or email us at support@cremefoods.com at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to arrange a new pick-up time that works for you.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Orders placed after [cutoff time] or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $150.

3. Delivery Timeline

5. Perishable Item Handling

  • Our cheesecakes are shipped with temperature-controlled packaging to ensure freshness.
  • We highly recommend that someone be available to receive the package at the time of delivery.

6. What If I Miss My Delivery?

  • Cheesecakes are best enjoyed fresh. If no one is available to receive the package, our courier will leave it in a safe spot near your doorstep. From that point, responsibility for the package passes to you. Consider it a race between you and the summer heat—or worse, a colony of ants!
  • Please ensure the delivery address is correct to avoid missed deliveries. Reshipping fees may apply if the package is returned due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts.

7. Cheesecake Deliveries in Warmer Months (May - September)

  • Cheesecakes should be stored in the fridge at 0–5°C. Although we ship under cool conditions, the texture may change if left outside too long. We are not responsible for any changes in quality if the package isn’t received promptly.

8. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use it to follow your cheesecake’s journey home.

9. Shipping Delays

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or factors beyond our control, such as severe weather.
  • If your delivery is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us at support@cremefoods.com with your order number, and we’ll work to resolve it.
